Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing
Los Angeles | May 16, 2026
We invite you to gather in sacred circle for an evening of connection, reflection, and renewal. Through the heart medicine of cacao, we’ll open into presence and deepen our capacity to listen—both within ourselves and within our shared connections.
A cacao ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening ritual that uses the pure essence of cacao to connect with deeper layers of the self. This gentle yet powerful plant medicine has been used for centuries to awaken love, creativity, and emotional healing.
Our gathering will weave intention setting, reflective journaling, meditation, and sound healing to support grounding, release, and inner harmony. Come as you are, and allow the ceremony to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Space is limited and this event usually sells out. Early registration is recommended. Details to come as we get closer to the event.

Dream Tending Circles
Listening to the Wisdom of Dreams
Dreams have long been explored in community. Many indigenous traditions and depth psychological approaches recognize that dreams do not belong only to the individual dreamer—they also carry wisdom for the wider human story.
Dream tending circles offer a respectful and reflective space where participants gather to share dreams and explore their images, emotions, and symbolic meanings together. Rooted in depth psychological and indigenous approaches to dreaming, the circle honors the dreamer's own knowing — participants offer reflections from personal resonance rather than fixed interpretation, keeping the dream alive and open to multiple layers of meaning.
The word tending is intentional here. Rather than solving or decoding a dream, we care for it — approaching its images with curiosity, patience, and respect for what is still unfolding.
Within a circle, dreams often reveal layers of meaning that might not emerge in solitary reflection. Images resonate across participants, archetypal themes begin to appear, and the symbolic language of the psyche becomes more vivid and alive.
Dream tending circles are a practice I find deeply meaningful — there is something that shifts when a dream is held by a group. Threads of personal and collective wisdom become visible in ways that solitary dreamwork rarely makes possible.
Dream tending circles offer:
a safe and confidential space for sharing dreams
deeper insight into personal and collective symbolism
an opportunity to develop a living relationship with the unconscious
a supportive community for inner reflection and dialogue
These circles are educational and experiential rather than therapy groups. They are intended for individuals who are curious about dreams and interested in exploring the symbolic language of the psyche in a thoughtful and respectful group setting.
Circle Format
Dream tending circles are offered in small groups of 5–7 participants. Each circle includes:
four sessions
meetings held biweekly
sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes
Participants are encouraged to bring a dream to share, though listening and reflecting with the group can be equally meaningful.
Because dreams often unfold in surprising ways, participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions whenever possible so that trust and continuity can develop within the circle. Participants who complete a series are warmly welcome to join future circles — many find that dream tending becomes an ongoing and deepening practice over time.
Investment
Each 4-session circle is offered at $200 per participant. A sliding scale option of $175 is available for those who need it. Please reach out directly if this applies to you — accessibility matters and I want this work to be available to those who feel genuinely called to it.
